Joyce KellerMarketing Director

Joyce Joyce Keller is our marketing director and has been for 12 years.

Joyce owns and runs Greater LA Basin,Intersolve Marketing Corporation and her company does the marketing for over 65 companies in the Los Angeles area. Her company employs 35 employees in the Southern California area. She has been instrumental in helping gettting our company off the ground going. Her efforts in internet marketing Andrea's Seafood Corporation has been invaluable.


Karen NormanKitchen Manager

Karen Norman is our executive Kitchen Manager

Karen is our executive kitchen manager. Her job is to make sure that the kitchen is running and that people working in the Kitchen are doing their jobs. Karen has a degree in restaurant and hospitality management from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico and has been working in the restuarant management field for the last 22 years since she graduated college. She has been with us for over 8 years and has been an asset to our company.


Lisa McDermott Assistant Executive Chef

Lisa is our assistant executive chef.

Lisa graduated with honors from the prestigous Cordon Bleu culinary institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. She has been with us for over 6 years now and has been active team member that has helped us grow beyond our wildest expectations. She has committed to remaining with us for several more years to come.


Lori Morgan maître d'

Lori Morgan has been our head maitre d' for the last two years now.

Lori Morgan has worked for us for the last 3 years as our maître d' after she worked for us 4 years while attending college at the University of Southern California, where she earned degrees in sociology and women's studies. She has been prize member of our team for a long time now.


Albert Binforde Senior Executive Chef

Executive Chef Albert Binforde has been executive chef for many years. He has worked at many of top restaurants one the west coast for over 29 years, including the Biltmore Raddison and other prestigous restaurants and hotel chains.
